We are pleased to confirm on Friday night Grainger & Worrall came home with the nights top award for ‘Company of the Year’, a fantastic achievement and first company to win for a second time. This award is testament to the hard work of all here at GW, congratulations and thank you to all.
This is an independently judged awards organized by the Chamber of Commerce in which over 340 local business’s took part, in winning the award the judges commented on GW’s continued growth increasing sales by 50% in the last 4 years, its high level of export, and strategic excellence in delivering scale and scope initiatives set out in as part of Inspire2020. The judging panel further commented on GW’s commitment to skills uplift in particular establishing MCMT with consortium partners. GW’s ongoing community support was also commended for projects like ‘Catch me who can’, supplying cast train replica’s for the soon to be opened Bridgnorth Arts Trail.
