How the Vibro Decore Robot Loading System Works:

Installed in just three weeks, with production commencing in week 49 of 2024, the system has delivered immediate results. Our team quickly adapted, and the impact has been clear: higher efficiency, fewer manual errors and a safer working environment.
Innovation in Sand Removal & Efficiency Gains
Traditionally, removing sand from intricate castings required extensive time. While smaller moulds benefited from attritors, the growing size of our castings, particularly gigacastings, required a more efficient solution.
At our prototype facility, we've invested in a 3m x 2m shake-out deck designed to support up to six tonnes. While shakeout decks are not new technology, this has automated the sand removal process, cutting processing time by up to 80% and allowing us to increase the sand reclamation rate for reuse, boosting both efficiency and sustainability.
